Don’t hesitate to contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for. These FAQs cover the essentials of entering, rules, winners and support.

First, choose the competition you'd like to enter and complete the online entry form, or follow the instructions for entering for free. Once you've paid your entry fee, you'll be notified if your answer is correct. If it is, your name will be added to the draw with all the other correct entries. If your answer is incorrect, you won't be entered into the draw. If you've answered correctly, you'll also receive an email confirming your entry into the draw. For those entering for free, there will be no confirmation of your answer or entry into the draw. An entry list will be published, so be sure to check it to confirm that you've been entered into the draw for the competition.

This competition is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older. We cannot accept entries from individuals outside of these areas, as competition laws vary. This competition has been designed to comply with the legal requirements of England and Wales. Additionally, employees or relatives of any of our suppliers are not eligible to enter.

We understand this may be disappointing, but please remember that this is a competition, and we’ve made the question challenging in line with legal requirements. If you answer the question incorrectly, you will not be entered into the draw and will not have the opportunity to win the prize. Unfortunately, entry fees are non-refundable. However, if you'd like, you can always try again.

We do not offer refunds on entry fees under any circumstances, including but not limited to you answering the question incorrectly, or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.

The opening and closing dates for each competition are clearly stated on the website. If we need to adjust these dates for any reason, we will update the website accordingly. Any changes will only be made if they are necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If a draw you’ve entered doesn’t sell out, it will still take place, and you’ll actually have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out! Every draw is guaranteed to happen on the date and time shown on the entry page. All sold tickets are still valid, and we will continue generating random numbers until a winner is selected.

The maximum number of entries for each competition is clearly stated, so your chances of winning will vary depending on the competition. For example, if the total number of entries is capped at 3,000 and you purchase 1 entry with a correct answer, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 3,000. You can increase your chances by purchasing more entries. For instance, if you buy 10 entries in the example above and answer correctly, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 300. We use the phrase “no worse than” because we expect a significant number of people to answer incorrectly. While we can’t predict exactly how many will, let’s say 500 people get the answer wrong. In this case, your chances of winning with a single correct entry would improve to 1 in 2,500.

Yes! The competition draw will be streamed live on our Facebook and Instagram pages on the same day the competition ends. You’ll be able to watch the winners being announced in real time, so make sure to follow our pages and have notifications turned on so you don’t miss it. If you can’t join us live, don’t worry, the full draw video and results will be posted afterwards on both platforms.

All of our draws can be watched live on our Facebook and YouTube pages for full transparency. We use a random number generator to select the winner. To verify that we’re live, we engage with viewers by reading out comments and responding to customer queries throughout the draw. In the event that a draw doesn’t sell out, if the first number generated corresponds to an unsold entry, we will simply generate a new number until a winner is found.

The winner will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the competition's closing date. If you update any of your contact details before the closing date, please make sure to notify us. We will attempt to reach you using the contact information you’ve provided. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to select another winner, and you will forfeit your claim to the prize.

If you win, the prize is yours to keep. You’re free to do with it as you wish, including selling it if you choose.

Participation in promotional activities is completely optional. However, with your consent, we’d love to share your excitement on our website and social media. Even if you choose not to take part in any promotional content, we may still need to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to demonstrate that the competition has been conducted fairly and in accordance with the rules.

We only use your personal data to run the competition, contact winners, send out prizes and for marketing purposes. Your info is kept completely private; we never share it with or sell it to anyone else. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
